Book Reads and Reviews Founder and Reviewer, Robin Malone

photo 964691_635667639794623_1058071964_o_zps4e5a6394.jpgMy name is Robin and I’m a mother to two amazing children, two adorable English Bulldogs and a wife to a handsome hubby. I live in Iowa and I love it. I’ve been reading for as long as I can remember. My all time favorite book will always be “Silken Savage” by Catharine Hart. I have 3 copies.

I love any genre that has Romance. My current obsessions are Paranormal and All types of Erotica, but that can change on a whim. Previously I’ve loved Crime novels(I have the entire Patricia Cornwell’s Kay Scarpetta Series) I also still love Cowboy Romances.

I started blogging in August 2013 and LOVE it! Bringing authors and readers together is a wonderful feeling and I hope to continue doing so, for a very long time. ♥

photo 480085_269509966483106_1254724130_n_zps52af00bb.jpgMy name is Tamera I’m 46 and I am a mother of 6, 3 boys & 3 girls all grown. I have been with the most wonderful Man for the last 11 years, he makes me so happy!

I was born in the country and now live in California. Wishing I could live in the country and have a beautiful garden with roses and fruits/veggies.

The First books I read as a child were Island of a Blue dolphin by Scott O’Dell,  A Connecticut Yankee In King Arthur’s Court By Mark Twain and Greek mythology. I was hooked!

Last year I found Laurell K. Hamilton’s Anita Blake and Merry Gentry series, Lara Adrian, J.R Ward and Yes I read them ALL. Just to name a few.

Over the last year I have read about 700 or more books, I’m a bit addicted! I Love to read anything I can get my hands on for the most part with Paranormal being my Favorite. ( I believe that all myths and fairy tales are based on some fact )

I am new to reviewing but I am absolutely loving it. Peace, Love and Friendship!

Independent Reviewer, Jessica Weissenburger

photo JessicaPic_zpsf2547a80.jpgI’m a 23 year old part-time Cashier at Walmart and a student mastering in Psychology at Concordia University with the hopes of someday becoming guidance counselor. I live in Wisconsin with my five children, who happen to be cats.

My favorite genres always hold a flavor of romance. I’ve read everything from science fiction to paranormal, contemporary to historical, young adult to erotica.

I’m a writer myself, albeit I have never completed an independent piece. I’ve been writing on and off for seven years now, most of my recent writing is of the scholarly nature, but I have been reviewing books at Goodreads for three years now. I tend to be brutally honest in my reviews, however I enjoy writing humor and like to inject a little into every piece I write.

Independent Reviewer, “Crimson”(Name withheld for privacy)

photo crimson_zps39004e6e.jpgCrimson is a very Special Guest Reviewer for Book Reads and Reviews. She’s extremely talented at many things. Writing being something she loves, but crafts are her newest passion.  She enjoys spending time with her family and reading books when she can.  She’s a very private person, so I’ve promised to allow her to remain incognito and I’d write up her bio.  She enjoys many genres, but I believe her current favorites are Contemporary Romance and Paranormal.

To keep Reviews as consistent and fair as possible, we will all be using the Rubric to Rate our Reviews. Yes our opinions and ratings will be based upon each individual, but this will be our guideline.
